Assistant Executive Director
Dr. Victory Williams, the Assistant Executive Director was a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld and a recognized expert at the intersection of climate change, health, and technology. Holding a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Science in Health and Climate Change from the University of Hull, she combines clinical expertise with evidence-based policy advocacy to address how environmental changes shape global health outcomes.
Her work focuses on the health consequences of climate change, particularly antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and infectious diseases in post-disaster and flood-affected regions. She has presented research on antibiotic prescribing trends following climate-related floods in Chennai, India, emphasizing how climate-related disasters exacerbate disease outbreaks and strain public health systems. Dr. Williams advocates for integrating technology-driven solutions, such as AI-assisted disease surveillance, climate-health data modeling, and innovative health system designs, to build climate-resilient healthcare infrastructures.
As a United Nations High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) 2025 Delegate with the DMUN Foundation, Dr. Williams engages in high-level negotiations and bilateral meetings to ensure youth perspectives are integrated into global climate and health policy. She has been a strong voice for expanding youth participation in evidence-based climate-health decision-making, especially in low- and middle-income countries, where vulnerable communities bear the greatest burden of climate-linked health inequities.
Beyond her UN work, she co-leads humanitarian and educational initiatives through organizations such as BOW Consult Inc. and Williams Hope Alive Humanitarian Foundation, where she focuses on capacity building for health workers, health education, and community-based climate adaptation strategies.
