About Our Founder
Onyekachi Williams is the founder of BOW Consult Inc. and a seasoned leader with expertise in education, research, data science, and innovation. He has over a decade of experience and develops data-driven solutions addressing challenges in health, environmental sustainability, and space exploration. Passionate about education and youth development, he mentors students, supports scholarship access, and delivers training in data science, technology, and career advancement. Under his leadership, BOW Consult has expanded from a local initiative to an internationally connected consultancy operating in Nigeria and Canada, providing services in education, research support, health informatics, and workforce development. His mission is to inspire and equip the next generation through data, education, and innovative solutions.
Assistant Executive Director
Dr. Victory Williams is the Assistant Executive Director of the WHAHF and a global health professional working at the intersection of climate change, health, and technology. A former Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, she holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and an MSc in Health and Climate Change from the University of Hull. Her research focuses on climate-related health challenges, particularly antimicrobial resistance (AMR), infectious diseases, and the impacts of climate disasters on vulnerable populations.
As a 2025 United Nations High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) Delegate with the DMUN Foundation, Dr. Williams advocates for youth inclusion in global climate and health policy, emphasizing evidence-based solutions for low- and middle-income countries.
Beyond policy and research, Dr. Williams co-leads BOW Consult Inc. and advances health education, capacity building, and community resilience. She is also the founder of the Victorious Sisters Group, a mentorship platform dedicated to empowering young women through spiritual guidance, leadership development, and personal growth. A sought-after speaker and mentor, Dr. Williams is committed to nurturing future leaders and building healthier, more resilient communities worldwide
