Refund And Cancellation Policy

The Williams Hope Alive Humanitarian Foundation values transparency and accountability.
1. Donations
Donations made through our website are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable because they are directed toward charitable and humanitarian activities.
However, we understand errors may occur.
Refund requests may be considered in cases such as:
• duplicate transactions
• incorrect donation amount
• unauthorized payment
• payment processing error
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Please include:
• Full name
• Email address
• Transaction reference
• Date of payment
• Amount paid
• Reason for request

3. Review Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Refund timing may also depend on Flutterwave and the customer’s bank/card provider.
4. Event or Program Cancellation
If we postpone or cancel a ticketed event, registration-based activity, or paid program:
• affected participants will be notified
• rescheduling information will be shared
• refunds or alternatives may be provided when applicable
5. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to review transactions to protect donors and prevent fraud.
Transactions identified as suspicious may be delayed or declined.
