Research Associate Program
The Research Associate Program is a comprehensive six-month capacity-building initiative designed for undergraduate students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals seeking to develop strong research and academic writing skills. Participants receive hands-on training in research methodology, literature review, data collection and analysis, academic writing, ethics, and scientific communication.
Throughout the program, participants engage with experienced researchers, academics, and industry experts from diverse disciplines around the world, gaining valuable insights into multidisciplinary research and global best practices. The mentorship, collaborative learning, and practical research projects featured in the program enable participants to develop the competencies needed to pursue graduate studies, research careers, and evidence-based professional work.
A key feature of the program is its emphasis on research output. By the end of the training, each participant will contribute to and complete a research project with the goal of producing a publishable manuscript, conference paper, policy brief, or technical report. The program equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and professional network needed to become the next generation of researchers, innovators, and thought leaders.
