The Williams Hope Alive Humanitarian Foundation continues its mission of empowering young people through education and mentorship with another successful educational outreach held at Ojoo High School, Ibadan.

The Academic & Personal Development Seminar, themed “Overcoming Peer Pressure and Making the Right Choices,” brought together approximately 500 secondary school students for an engaging and transformational learning experience. The seminar focused on helping students understand the effects of peer pressure, build self-confidence, develop positive values, and make informed decisions that will shape their future positively.

Throughout the session, students participated in interactive discussions covering topics such as positive and negative peer influence, academic discipline, social media pressure, self-worth, leadership, and the importance of choosing the right friendships. The seminar also encouraged students to think critically about the long-term consequences of their choices and the importance of protecting their dreams and future aspirations.

The outreach was coordinated by our dedicated Program Director, Ajoke Ogungbamila, whose leadership and passion for youth development ensured the smooth execution of the program. The Foundation also appreciates the support and contributions of our volunteers, Akinbode Tobi John and Promise Francis Ogungbamila, who worked tirelessly to make the event impactful and memorable for the students.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Principal of Ojoo High School, Mrs. Fafioye O. O., the Vice Principal, Mrs. Adedokun A. A., and the entire school staff for their cooperation, hospitality, and commitment to supporting initiatives that promote student growth and character development.

At The Williams Hope Alive Humanitarian Foundation, we strongly believe that education goes beyond the classroom. By mentoring young people and equipping them with the right mindset, values, and life skills, we are helping to raise responsible future leaders who can positively impact their communities and society.

As we continue expanding our educational outreach programs across schools and communities, we remain committed to inspiring students to believe in themselves, make wise choices, and pursue excellence despite the pressures around them.

Together, we are building hope, one student at a time.
